As a progressive web app (also known as a PWA), Bidder Pro is available wherever you go, and behaves similarly to a native app by using your browser's "Add to Home Screen" functionality.  Whether you use your desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, Bidder Pro's array of features are designed to support multi-device workflows.  In-app data and bids are automatically synced between every device logged in with the same user account.

Customizable interface.

Along with powerful features, Bidder Pro provides a theme button at the top right corner on the home page for switching between Light Mode and Dark Mode, allowing users to select the theme that works best for them.  And Bidder Pro remembers the last selected theme the next time you open it.

Build bids with previously saved cost items.

Bidder Pro provides cost categories broken down by Labor, Materials, Maintenance, and a Custom category that provides even greater flexibility.  Users add data for common tasks they bid for, and the corresponding per hour, per sq/ft, or per linear ft cost of that labor.  For materials with a coverage rate, Bidder Pro can automatically calculate the per sq/ft cost of that material with just the total cost of the material, and the material's coverage area.  For materials with a fixed price, users can easily plug that price in.  With these data blocks, users can save time by simply adding a previously saved Labor, Material, Maintenance, or Custom cost straight into a bid.

Export your bid as a PDF document.

Once you've put together your bid, Bidder Pro's export feature allows you to export the bid as a formatted PDF document you can send straight to clients or team members.  Include notes in the exported document, or exclude them.  Customize the logo header.  Bidder Pro remembers the image you select for your header, and will add it the next time as well.  The export feature provides a complete bid workflow from start to print.  Note, the export page currently does not display a live PDF preview on Android as it does on iOS and Windows, instead, users must choose "Open PDF" and use an external app to preview the document.

About the Developer

My name is Kaleb Cadle, and as an independent artist and contractor, I built Bidder Pro to solve the headaches of bidding jobs, and to streamline small business management.  Bidder Pro is a one-man driven labor of love.  My goal is to simplify the process of managing small businesses, and to empower entrepreneurs with simple but useful tools.  As a small business owner and entrepreneur myself, I know it can be rough trying to get a small business off the ground, so my goal is to offer these tools for free so it can benefit other small business owners and entrepreneurs.  If you like my work, and want to help support Bidder Pro's development, donations are welcome.
